A nice birthday surprise

The attentive staff made my wife's birthday lovely, especially Elisabetta, who helped organize a lovely surprise for her. The tranquility of Murano offered a perfect retreat from Venice's hustle.

The limited water shuttle service was inconvenient, especially during a strike, leading to unexpected high transportation costs for visiting Venice.

Always excellent and great breakfasts.

Outstanding food for dinner and breakfast.

The location was particularly good and amazing for walking around Museum of Glass. We were there for 3 nights, overall had a just perfect stay.

The beautiful water view from our suite was fine, and the spa offered a great relaxation experience. It was a magical escape that illuminated the charm of venice.

the air conditioning didn't work well.

The beds were very clean and overall the room was fully-equipped & spotless. The breakfast was sensational and great with nice view over the water, fruits, jams, and had all you need. The service was incredible as we had expected.

The breakfast was nice, but I wish there were more fresh fruit choices. I loved that the room service was super efficient, and the room styling was elegant and cozy. Minor hiccups with cleaning in the rooms were noted.

The hotel is a beautifully renovated former glass factory, combining modern amenities with historical charm. The staff is attentive and responsive, especially Matteo, who provided valuable recommendations. The breakfast buffet is a highlight, with a variety of delicious options to start the day right.

The location was fantastic and very easy to find. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly . The rooms were a good cool and air-conditioned haven after a long day exploring Venice and featured a lovely garden view.

Wi-Fi was spotty throughout our stay.

I stayed in the Suite Laguna View, and wow, the water view was very nice! The room was spacious and comfy. The decor really gave it a warm, inviting feel. The bathroom had nice amenities too. Only downside was the breakfast layout-it was a bit awkward with some items hard to reach, but that's minor.

The room was cozy with air conditioning, a minibar, and a fabulous sea view. Spa facilities were awesome, especially the sauna and massage options. Really liked the rain shower and private entrance. The staff was helpful too!

I was briefly trapped in a smaller room-I guess they thought I wanted a cozy prison? Gluten-free options could use a bit more excitement. Dry bread isn't exactly thrilling!

The breakfast here is amazing with a great view of the water and fantastic food options.

The venue was well appointed. I loved the location next to outstanding restaurants on the island. - the Navagero vaporetto stop and private water taxi to the main island were convenient. - the staff were outstandingly helpful and excellent. - the location was absolutely perfect for getting to the Railway Station.
